Membership and Gift Aid Forms
Click on the buttons to print and download the required pdf form(s).
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or a compatible reader to view them.

As a registered charity in our own right Lindsey u3a is able to claim Gift Aid on your subscription provided you are a registered UK tax payer and consent to us benefiting from the Gift Aid scheme.
In order for us to claim on your subscription you will need to complete a Gift Aid form. The form will only need to be completed once and will be in force throughout your membership. However, you must inform us if your income falls below the tax threshold.
The form can be printed by clicking on the above button. Please complete and sign it and then hand to our Membership Secretary, Tricia Barnes at the next general meeting . Alternatively, you can post it to her at 18, Barnes Wallis Court, Welton LN2 3SZ.
Please note that where a member and spouse or partner are both tax payers then a separate form must be submitted for each person.
You can give to any number of charities, provided that the total amount of Gift Aid claimed, across all your donations does not exceed the amount of Income Tax (and CGT) you have paid in the tax year.
We do hope you will sign up for Gift Aid if you are eligible. The money we can claim from HMRC will help keep the cost of membership down for everyone.
