New or visiting members are always welcome.
If you are interested in coming along please contact Heather
Our next meeting: 9th March
1pm - 3pm

It's a while since our last visit and much has changed at Mint Lane.
Ian Blackmore, the Site Manager is going to update us on the organisations now working out of the hub and the impact they are having on the growing community they serve. The latest addition is Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership who may well have the café up and running for us when we visit!
Numbers are limited, so please let Heather know by Thurs 5th March if you wish to join us.
Arrangements for car sharing, parking etc will follow.

RECYCLING WITH LINDSEY u3a
WE CAN ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING AT EVERY u3a MEETING
(at back of the hall, next to Registration Desk)
Blister packs, batteries, printer cartridges, light bulbs, water jug filters, spectacles, plastic sweet tubs and postage stamps.
Our aim is provide an easily accessible point for members to drop off items which are not collected by your local council for recycling. We can also arrange to collect items from members' homes, who can either not attend the meeting or have difficulty transporting bulky bags.
Please get in touch with Julie at julie.guestu3a@gmail.com with ideas for any other items we could recycle, or to arrange a collection.

Thank you for your contributions to our January Special collection. 81 chocolate tubs and well over a thousand Christmas cards were brought along to the general meeting. A certain brand with the initials "QS" was the clear winner!
